摘要
目的探讨电子喉镜在耳鼻咽喉科胃管置入困难患者中的临床应用。方法选取我科13例因常规胃管置入困难患者作为研究对象,全部患者均采用电子喉镜引导下置入胃管,并进行分析。结果 11例患者电子喉镜引导下经鼻置入胃管操作成功,2例失败。结论电子喉镜在耳鼻咽喉科胃管置入困难患者中的应用具有直观、安全、刺激小、创伤小等优点。
Objective To investigate the application of electronic laryngoscope in otorhinolaryngological department for difficult stomach intubation. Methods 13 patients who were treated by conventional gastric tube implantation were selected as the research object. All patients were treated with an electronic laryngoscope. Results 11 cases were successfully operated by nasal endoscopy under the guidance of electronic laryngoscope, and 2 cases failed. Conclusion The application of electronic laryngoscope in patients with difficult gastric tube implantation in the otorhinolaryngology department has the advantages of safety, stimulation, small trauma and so on.
