电磁电导法测量原油含水率一次感应电动势处理 被引量:2

摘要 利用电磁电导法在管外测量原油含水率时,针对一次感应电动势对二次感应电动势的干扰问题,根据电磁电导原理,提出了一种由两个发射线圈和两个接收线圈构成的四线圈传感器.通过增加辅助发射和接收线圈并优化四个线圈的相对位置,抵消了一部分一次感应电动势,再通过信号处理分离残留的同频一次感应电动势.根据ANSYS对管道内磁场分布进行仿真分析的结果,确定了四线圈的最优位置,搭建传感器对含水率在0~100%范围内的原油进行实际测试,结果表明,一次感应电动势同频干扰得到了有效抑制. Aiming at the problem that the primary induced electromotive force( EMF) has interference effect on the secondary induced EMF when the electromagnetic conductivity method is used to measure the water content of crude oil,a four coil sensor composed of two sending coils and two receiving coils was proposed according to the electromagnetic conductivity principle. Through increasing the auxiliary sending and receiving coils and optimizing the relative position of four coils,a part of primary induced EMF could be counteracted,and the residual primary induced EMF with the same frequency was separated through signal processing. According to the results of magnetic field distribution in the pipeline which was simulated and analyzed with ANSYS,the optimal locations of four coils were determined. In addition,a sensor was built to actually test the crude oil with the water content ranged from 0 to 100%. The results show that the same frequency interference of primary induced EMF gets effectively suppressed.
