摘要
采用自行设计的矩形波高频/高压脉冲交流电源和静电聚结器,以取自海洋油田原油配制的含水率分别为5%和20%的2种W/O型原油乳化液为研究对象,对原油乳化液进行了高频/高压静态电脱水实验,与工频/高压交流电源的脱水效果作对比,并测量了乳化液在施加电场前后的电导率。结果表明,相比工频交流电场,高频/高压脉冲交流电场对原油乳化液具有更好的破乳脱水效果;W/O型原油乳化液最佳脱水频率范围在1400~1500Hz;高频/高压脉冲电场对W/O型乳化液的电导率参比值有明显影响,乳化液在电场作用后的电导率明显高于施加电场前的电导率,同时电导率参比值随电场强度和频率的变化也会发生变化,因此也可以作为评价原油乳化液脱水效果的指标。
By using the self made rectangular wave high frequency/high voltage pulse AC power and electrostatic coalescer, the static electric-dehydration experiments of two crude oil emulsions with the water-cut of 5% and 20%, respectively, from offshore crude oil were accomplished. The dehydration effect of crude oil emulsion with the high frequency/high voltage pulse AC electric field was compared to that with power-frequency electric field. Then conductivity of the crude oil emulsion was measured before and after the electric-dehydration experiment. The results showed that the dehydration rate of crude oil emulsion with high frequency/high voltage AC electric field was better than that with the power-frequency electric filed, and the best frequency range for crude oil emulsion was 1400-1500 Hz. The conductivity of crude oil emulsion was greatly influenced by the high frequency/high voltage AC electric field and varied under different electric field intensity and frequency, which can be also used as an index to evaluate the dehydration effect.
