预拉伸铝合金7075壁板端铣加工变形误差试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对铝合金壁板端面铣削中的变形误差,在高速加工中心上采用正交试验的方法,对预拉伸铝合金7075进行了端铣试验,研究了切削用量中切削速度、进给速度、切削深度分别对加工误差的影响。该试验是一个3因素3水平单指标的试验,采用极差分析法对结果进行了详细分析。通过试验,得到了三要素对加工误差的影响规律,为合理选用切削参数、减少加工变形、提高零件质量提供了可靠依据。 To the deformation error of aluminum alloy panels during face milling processing, the face milling experiments of the panels were madeon vertical machining center by orthogonal experiment method. The influences of cutting speed, feeding speed and cutting depth on machining error of the aluminum alloy panels were studied. It was a three-factors and levels experiment and the range method was used to analyze the experimental results. Through the experiments, the influence rule of cutting parameters on machining error was obtained, which would provide a foundation for the reasonable choice of cutting parameters, and reduce the machining deformation and improve the quality of the parts.
