摘要
"孔子学院的任务一是传播汉语,二是传播中国文化。"这是孔院迄今为止的基本定位,也可说是中国国内"汉语国际教育"界的基本认识。如果说在孔院设立之初,这一定位对于纠正只注意语言教学的传统具有一定的积极意义,但是随着孔院和汉语国际教育的发展,尤其是随着世界格局的变化,继续坚持这样的定位,不但将制约孔院和汉语国际教育本身的继续成长,更可能影响国家整体战略的有效实施。孔院要走出困境,就必须重新认识自己的定位,确定汉语国际教育的目标在于"推进人类命运共同体建设",从而在国际政治大背景和负责任大国条件下,从"全球治理"的根本任务出发获得持久的发展动力。
＂Confucius Institutes＇ mission is to spread Chinese language and culture.＂ This is the basic position of Confucius Institutes so far, which is also the basic understanding of ＂Chinese international education＂ field in China. This position has a certain positive significance at the beginning of the establishment of Confucius Institutes on correction of only paying attention to the tradition of language teaching. However, with the development of Confucius Institutes and Chinese international education, especially with the change of world system, continue to adhere to this position will not only affect the growth of Confucius Institutes and Chinese language education itself, but also more likely to affect the effective implementation of the national strategy as a whole.
