摘要 转轮室型面检测是水轮机机组检修的关键问题。针对大型球形转轮室型面数据难以检测的问题,设计了基于检测工艺要求的圆度检测系统,并建立检测机构的三维实体模型。利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件,对检测装置机械结构进行静力和模态分析,分别得到装置机构的形变和等效应力以及机构前6阶的固有频率和振型。该检测系统的有限元分析和在三门峡水电站检修项目中的应用结果充分表明:所设计的检测系统具有抗振性好,力学性能好,精度高以及运行安全可靠等特性,在现场工作环境下能够实现转轮室型面精确检测的目的。 The detection of runner chamber shape is a key to the overhaul of hydraulic turbine unit. Aiming to tile problems in runner chamber inspection, a roundness measurement system hased on the technological requirement of inspection is designed, and the three-dimensional model is established. Through static analysis and modal analysis of the structure with finite element software, the deformation, equivalent stress and the first six-order nature frequency and vibration models of structure are obtained. The finite element analysis and the application of the system in Sanmenxia Hydropower Station show that the inspection system has good vibration resistance and mechanical performance, high precision and safe reliable operation, and it can realize the purpose of accurate detection for runner chamber shape.
