冲压泵叶轮叶片与盖板间间隙对泵性能的影响 被引量:3

The Influences of Clearance Between Blade and Shrouds of Impeller on Pump Stamping and Welding Centrifugal Performance

摘要 采用CFD数值模拟和试验研究相结合的方法,对冲压泵叶轮叶片与盖板间焊接间隙与泵水力性能的关系进行了研究,针对五种不同焊接间隙值对叶轮内部流动特性及水力性能的影响开展了深入研究。研究结果表明:随着叶片与盖板间间隙值的增大,叶轮出口到导叶出口的整体静压值不断降低,叶轮增压作用下降,叶轮各流道间出现窜流和二次回流,泵的水力性能也不断下降。当间隙值δ=1mm时,扬程和效率下降最大,分别为2.13m和13.7%。研究结果对产品的设计与制造具有一定的指导意义。 Based on CFD simulations and experimental research,the relationship between the welding clearance and pump performance was studied.The influence of five different clearances on pump performance and internal flow were investigated.The results indicate that the static pressure from impeller outlet to diffuser outlet declines sharply with welding clearance increasing.Meanwhile,in the impeller passages fluid channeling and secondary backflow emerge,and hydraulic performance declines sharply.When the clearance δ=1mm,the head declines up to 2.13m and the efficiency up to 13.7%.The conclusion has certain significance in pumps design and manufacture.
