摘要
"异病同治"反映了中医学辨证论治的特点。罗颂平教授擅长用膏方治疗各种妇科常见疾病,文章介绍导师通过辨证论治,运用协定膏方进行异病同治的经验,对膏方治疗带下过多、痛经、经行乳房胀痛病进行总结及分析。罗教授应用本协定膏方通常用来治疗脾肾不足,气血两虚,肝郁气滞所致的妇科疾病,疗效显著。
Treating different diseases with the same therapy represents the principle of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM）,which includes syndrome differentiation and treatment and holistic concept. Professor LUO experts in treating common diseases of women by applying herbal paste. In this article,the experience of Professor LUO on treating different diseases with the same therapy by applying herbal paste would be introduced. The author concludes and analyzes that different diseases,such as profuse vaginal discharge,dysmenorrhea and menstrual distending pain of breasts are treated with the same herbal paste. This herbal paste has significant curative effect in clinic,which is usually used for gynecological diseases resulting from spleen and kidney deficiency,deficiency of qi and blood and liver qi stagnation.
