摘要
"异病同治"是指几种不同的疾病,受病部位和症状虽然不同,只要在其发展变化过程中出现了相同的病机,就可以采用同一种方法治疗。异病可以同治,不取决于病因、病位及症状,关键在于辨识其有无共同的病机与证候。相同的证,用大致相同的治法,不同的证,用大致不同的治法,即所谓"证同治亦同,证异治亦异"。糖尿病神经源性膀胱、脑卒中所致顽固性膈肌痉挛、术后肠胀气虽临床表现各异,但其总病机不外气机不畅,运行失调。用"异病同治"的原则指导针灸治疗可取得良好的效果。
The principle of treating different diseases with same method refers to kinds of different diseases,although the locations and symptoms are different,as long as the changes in its developing have the same pathogenesis,we can use the same method for treatment.The key point is to identify whether pathogenesis and symptoms are the same.Same syndromes can be cured by approximately same method,different syndromes can be cured by different methods.It is the so-called principle of same syndromes treated with same method,different syndromes with different method.Diabetic neurogenic bladder spasm,diaphragmatic spasm after stroke,flatulence after surgeries,although the clinical manifestations of these diseases are vary,the pathogenesis is Qi movement disorder.With the principle of different diseases treated with same method,acupuncture treatment can achieve good results.
