摘要
2010年西南地区特大干旱,綦江区南部三镇缺水严重。为保证綦江区南部三镇经济可持续发展,制定该地区的供水规划极其必要。本文介绍了綦江区南部三镇区域水资源情势,调查统计了已建水利工程供水现状,分析水资源开发利用程度,探讨水资源开发利用中存在的主要问题,为科学制定区域城乡用水需求的供水规划提供依据。
Severe drought occurred in Southwest China in 2010. Three south towns in Qijiang District suffered from severe water shortage. It is very necessary to formulate water supply plan for the region in order to ensure sustainable economic development of three south towns in Qijiang District. In the paper, water resources situation of three south towns in Qijiang District is introduced. Water supply status of constructed water conservancy projects are investigated and counted. Development and utilization degrees of water resources are analyzed. Main problems in water resources development and utilization are discussed, thereby providing reference for scientifically formulating water supply plan about regional urban town water consumption demand.
