摘要
高职教育目的是培养高技能人才,而传统的教学方法不能发挥学生的主观能动性和创造性,与实际工作严重脱节,导致学生在实习、就业中进入角色慢,核心能力弱,缺乏竞争力。为改变这种现状,我院利用2012年搬迁新址时,加大资金投入,组建了示范实验实训中心,并借助网络信息化,使教学手段多样化,再结合教材改革、教育理念更新等措施,进行实践教学改革,真正提高学生的实践操作能力和发散思维能力。
The purpose of higher vocational education is to train high - skilled talents, however, traditional teaching methods cannot play the initiative and creativity of students, which leads to the serious gap between study and practical work. As a result, students show weak core competence and lack of competitiveness in internship and jobs. In order to improve this situation, our college has increased capital investment, set up a demonstration experimental training center, diversified teaching methods with the help of network information, and carried on the practice teaching reform combined with the reform of teaching materials and the renewal of educational ideas when the campus was relocated in 2012, which have truly improved students＇ practical ability and divergent thinking ability.
