摘要
根据黑启动的一般准则和湖北电网实际情况,确定了黑启动分区和各子系统的启动路径,研究了湖北电网的黑启动方案,对子系统启动过程中的电压控制、暂态稳定性、发电机自励磁、工频过电压等问题以及子系统间的不同并列方案进行了详细的仿真计算和分析。研究结论可为今后的黑启动现场试验和方案的实施提供依据和建议。
According to the basic rules of black start and the actual condition of Hubei power grid, the system partitioning strategy for power system black-start restoration and black-start paths of sub-systems are decided. The problems such as voltage control, stability of small power system,self-excitation of generator, power frequency overvoltage during the black start of sub-system are an.alyzed and different connection schemes of sub-systems are compared. This study can provide the basis and suggestion for the black-start experiment and successful implementation of black start test scheme.
