摘要
本文通过建立既有多层建筑结构局部增加荷载改造时的抗震计算模型,分析计算了剪切型、弯曲型房屋在增加荷载前后的总地震作用变化率,发现当结构增加荷载层数以及增加荷载增量满足一定条件时,总地震作用变化率小于5%,并通过弯剪型房屋的工程实例加以验证,为当无法进行结构整体抗震验算的结构进行加固改造时提供判断结构性能的参考指标。
In this paper, seismic calculation models of the existing multi-story buildings which are subjected to local increasing loads are established, and change rates of seismic action in shearing type structures and bending type structures before and after increasing loads are analyzed. When the number of stories subjected to increasing loads and the load increment meet certain conditions, the change rates of the total seismic action is less than 5% and the conclusion is verified by project examples of shear-bending structures. It is suggested that when buildings meet the above conditions, it is not necessary to evaluate the overall seismic performance
