摘要
某多层砖混结构房屋由于使用面积不能满足要求,拟采用轻钢结构进行加层改造。目前普遍存在将加层作为附加重力施加在原建筑物顶部进行设计的做法,而不考虑加层后对建筑物整体抗震性能的影响。本文利用三维有限元方法,对主体结构加层前后进行了静力及动力学特性对比分析,总结出这种结构设计中的控制因素及变形特点,为该类结构的加层设计提供了有意义的借鉴。通过对比分析认为,对于与本文相似的建筑,加层部分按实际体型考虑和按附加质量考虑的抗震计算结果差异明显,甚至结论相反。
The usable floor area of the multi-storey brick-concrete structure could not meet the requirements, so the additional layer of light-weight steel structure would be used. There is a widespread practice of applying additional layers as an additional gravity to the top of the original building, regardless of the effect of the added layer on the seismic performance of the building. In this paper, 3-D finite element method is used to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the main structure before and after adding the light-weight steel layer. The controlling factors and deformation characteristics of the structural design are summarized, which provides a meaningful reference for the additional layer design of this kind of structure. Through the comparative analysis, for the similar projects, the seismic results of the additional layer are obvious difference, or even the opposite, according to the calculation by the actual size and by the additional quality.
