摘要
目的探讨藏药尼阿措水提取物对X射线辐射损伤小鼠的保护作用。方法药物预处理14 d后,小鼠接受5 Gy的X射线一次性的全身均匀照射(造模),观测各组小鼠外周血红细胞、白细胞、血小板计数,测定肝组织超氧化物歧化酶活力、丙二醛含量,并计算胸腺、脾脏脏器指数。结果藏药尼阿措水提取物可显著回升辐射小鼠血象(P<0.05),增强肝组织超氧化物歧化酶活力(P<0.05),降低丙二醛含量(P<0.05),升高胸腺、脾脏脏器指数(P<0.05),并以中剂量抗辐射效果最佳(P<0.05)。结论藏药尼阿措水提取物对X射线辐射损伤小鼠具有一定的保护作用。其机制可能与提高机体造血、免疫等功能关系密切。
Objective To explore the protective effects of the extract of Tibetan medicinal herb NIACUO on X -ray radiation injured mice.Methods After 14 days of drugs p,etreatment,the groups of mice, including the positive control group, were received 5 Gy of X-ray radiation. Red blood cell count, white blood cell count, platelet count, vi- ability of SOD, levels of MDA and the indexes of thymus and spleen were observed at 5d after radiation.Results The extract of Tibetan medicinal herb NIACUO can notably increase the quantity of hemogram (P〈0.05), viability of SOD ( P〈0.05 ), thymus and spleen indexes ( P〈0.05 ) , and decreased levels of MDA ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion The re- sults show that the extract of Tibetan medicinal herb NIACUO against mice injured by X-ray radiation has a protec- tive effect in some degree.The mechanism is closely related to improving body, s functions involving hemopoiesis and immunity.
