摘要
以水和无水乙醇分别提取了大葱葱根、葱白、葱绿中的活性成分,采用Fenton试剂,通过测定其提取液对羟基自由基的清除率来表示抗氧化性能。研究结果表明:大葱不同部位的提取液均具有一定抗氧化作用,其中葱白水提取物的抗氧化效果最强。
Extract the active ingredients from onion roots, stalks and through detecting the scavenging rate of hydroxyl radicals in extraction properties with Fenton reagent. The results show that the extract certain antioxidant activity, the antioxidant effect of water extract of leaves using water and ethanol, solution to show the antioxidant of onion in different parts has onion stalks is the strongest.
