气-液介质专用换热器设计 被引量:1

摘要 换热是热能传递过程中必不可少的环节,换热器技术的发展就是为合理用好能源。与板式、板翅式换热器相比,管壳式换热器在未来几年的发展中仍将保持核心地位。介绍了换热器的分类及管壳式换热器的研发趋势。通过查阅相关的国家标准和行业标准,进行了固定管板式换热器的工艺计算、结构设计和强度计算,并对所设计的换热器从经济、技术等方面进行比较评价。最后,确定了换热器的工艺尺寸、几何尺寸和接管位置,进行了对封头、筒体和管板等的强度校核,利用计算机绘制固定管板式换热器装配图和零件图,并编制有关技术文件。对气液介质换热器的选择设计具有借鉴意义。 Heat transfer is an essential part in heat transfer process,and the development of heat exchanger technology is to make good use of energy. Compared with plate and plate-fin heat exchanger,shell-and-tube exchanger will maintain its core status in the coming years. The classification of heat exchangers and the development trend of shell-and-tube heat exchanger are introduced in this paper. By referring to the relevant national standards and industry standards,the process calculation,structure design and strength calculation of the fixed tubesheet exchanger are made,and the heat exchanger is evaluated in terms of economy,technology and so on. Finally,the process dimension,geometrical size and connection position are determined,the strength of the head,the cylinder and the tube plate are checked,the assembly drawing and part drawing of fixed tube plate heat exchanger is made with computer,and the technical documents are prepared,all of these provides a reference for the choice design of gas-liquid medium heat exchanger.
