摘要
根据国内外换热器节能技术研究现状,着重介绍了换热器强化传热技术。从换热器的管程和壳程2方面介绍了管壳式换热器强化传热技术的传热机理及其应用范围,进一步分析了各种强化传热技术的优缺点。同时,根据近期的研究成果,提出了部分改进措施和思路。最后总结了研究中需要注意的问题,并指出国内外近期开发研究的发展方向。
The present status of energy-saving technology for heat exchanger at home and abroad is introduced, the strengthened heat transfer technique for heat exchanger is mainly presented. The mechanism of strengthened heat transfer technique of heat exchanger and application conditions through both tube side and shell side are presented, and the merits and shortcomings are analyzed. According to the recent research achievements, some improving measures are put forward. Finally, the question which needs to be paid attention in the research is summarized and the direction of study at home and abroad in a recent period is put forward.
