The processing of powder hot forging to producing high thermal aluminium composite have been studied, as well as the strength and wear stability of SiC particlulate reinforced Al-Fe-V-Si heat resistant aluminium. It was found by the study that the sthength and wear stability of the composite were improved by SiC particulate. The composite was slightly tribodeformed below 250℃, but urgently tribodeformed on 300℃ as wear mechanism changed.
