摘要
目的探索针对骨科术后患者采用优质护理服务对下肢深静脉血栓形成造成的影响,旨在为临床护理工作提供有效参考。方法选择本院骨科病房接收的手术患者60例作为研究对象,参考随机双盲分组法将60例患者随机分成2组:参考组30例,为其提供常规护理服务;护理组30例,为其提供优质护理服务。随访观察2组的下肢深静脉血栓形成情况,并进行比较分析。结果经随访调查发现,术后护理组中有1例(3.33%)患者出现下肢深静脉血栓;术后参考组中有4例(13.33%)患者出现下肢深静脉血栓。与参考组进行对照分析发现,护理组患者的下肢深静脉血栓形成率显著更低(P<0.05)。结论针对骨科术后患者采用优质护理服务可有效减少及预防下肢深静脉血栓的形成。
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing service on deep vein thrombosis in patients with Department of orthopedics,to provide effective reference for clinical nursing work.Methods 60 patientsundergoing operation in department of orthopedics were selected as the subjects,they were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the randomized double-blind grouping method：30 patients in the reference group were provided with routine nursing services;30 cases of nursing group were provided with high quality nursing service.Deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities was observed in the 2 groups,and compared and analyze.Results According to the follow-up investigation,there were 1 patient（3.33%） with deep vein thrombosis in the postoperative care group;4 patients（13.33%） with deep vein thrombosis in the postoperative reference group.Compared with reference group,rate of deep vein thrombosis was significantly lower in the nursing group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In order to reduce and prevent the formation of deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs,the high quality nursing service was adopted for the patients after Department of orthopedics.
