摘要
目的:探讨延续性语言康复护理干预对中风后运动性失语患者语言和认知功能的护理效果。方法:将62例中风后运动性失语患者随机分为治疗组(31例)和对照组(31例),对照组采用中风病中医常规护理,治疗组则在常规护理基础上采用延续性语言康复护理,分别于治疗前、治疗3个月后采用汉语标准失语症检查表(CRRCAE)评定语言功能,简易智能精神状态量表(MMSE)评定认知功能。结果:干预后,治疗组在听理解、复述、说、出声读、阅读理解和计算6个方面17个亚项的评分均较干预前显著提高(P<0.05),对照组则只在听理解、复述、阅读理解3个方面9个亚项的评分较干预前提高(P<0.05),且治疗组干预后在听理解、复述、说、出声读、计算5个方面13个亚项和MMSE评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:延续性语言康复护理能有效提高中风后运动性失语患者的语言康复效果,改善患者的认知功能。
Objective： To investigate the nursing effect of continuous language rehabilitation nursing intervention on language and cognitive functions of patients with motor aphasia after stroke. Methods： 62 cases of patients with motor aphasia after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group （31 cases） and control group （31 cases）, the control group accepted conventional TCM nursing while treatment received continuous language rehabilitation nursing on the basis of conventional nursing, and evaluated the language function with China Rehabilitation Research Center Aphasia Examination （CRRCAE） and cognitive function with Mini-Mental State Examination （MMSE） at times of before and 3 months after treatment. Results： After intervention, scores of 6 aspects and 17 sub-items included auditory comprehension, repeating, speaking, aloud reading, reading comprehension and calculating of treatment group were significantly higher than those of before intervention （P〈0.05）, while scores of control group were significantly increased just at 3 aspects and 9 sub-items of auditory comprehension, repeating and reading comprehension （P〈0.05）, and scores of 5 aspects and 13 sub-items included auditory comprehension, repeating, speaking, aloud reading and calculating and MMSE score of treatment group after intervention were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Continuous language rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the language recovery effect of patients with motor aphasia after stroke and their cognitive function.
