摘要
目的:观察微波治疗配合抗病毒药物对带状疱疹后遗神经痛的护理效果。方法:80例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者均给予病变部位局部微波照射护理及阿昔洛韦软膏、聚肌胞注射液涂擦病变部位皮肤护理,配合阿昔洛韦、利巴韦林药物护理,观察护理效果。结果:80例患者中,1个疗程痊愈24例,2个疗程痊愈32例,3个疗程痊愈24例,痊愈率为100%:随访3～6个月,均未出现后遗神经痛复发。结论:微波配合阿昔洛韦软膏、聚肌胞注射液涂擦病变部位综合护理带状疱疹具有止痛快、无痛苦、无创伤、无副作用和不良反应的特点,护理效果显著,且方法简单、安全、高效。
Objective： To observe the nursing effect of microwave combined with antiviral drugs on post-herpetic neuralgia. Methods： 80 cases of patients with post-herpetic neuralgia were all treated with microwave radiation nursing and skin nursing with Aciclovir ointment and poly I-C injection inunction at lesion location, and combined with medication nursing with Aeiclovir and ribavirin, then observed the nursing effect. Results： In the 80 cases of patients, 24 cases were cured in one, 32 cases in two and 24 cases in three courses of treatment, and the cured rate was 100%; after 3-6 months of follow-up, post-herpetic neuralgia of all patients didn＇t reappear. Conclusion： The comprehensive nursing of microwave combined with Aciclovir ointment and poly I-C injection inunction has advantages such as quickly pain relief, painless, non-invasive, no side effects and adverse re- actions, and has definite nursing effect with simple ooeration, high safety and efficiency.
