摘要
目的探讨带状疱疹后神经痛使用中医综合疗法和特色护理的效果。方法将60例带状疱疹后神经痛患者进行随机分组研究,对照组使用止痛和营养神经治疗方式,治疗组使用常规治疗,增加中药口服和针灸拔罐治疗,结合专科护理,单疗程15 d,两组均进行2个疗程治疗。对两组的临床治疗情况进行比较分析。结果治疗组患者临床有效率是90.0%,对照组临床有效率是73.3%,治疗组的有效率比对照组高,结果存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中医综合治疗结合特色护理比西医常规治疗的效果突出,临床中获得的治疗效果也更加理想。
Objective To study the effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and special nursing for the treatment of post herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods 60 cases of postherpetic neuralgia patients were randomized grouped in the study, the control group used pain and nerve nutrition therapy, the treatment group used routine treatment, increased oral medicine and acupuncture cupping therapy, combined with specialty nursing. The single course was 15 days, two groups were treated of two courses. The clinical treatment of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%, the control group was 73.3%, the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group, the results were statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion TCM comprehensive treatment combined with special nursing is more effective than the conventional treatment of western medicine, the treatment effect is more ideal.
