摘要
目的:评价心宝丸中挥发性成分包合工艺的合理性。方法:采用研磨法将挥发性成分与环糊精制成包合物后与处方中其余药材制成心宝丸,以人工麝香中麝香酮转移率为指标,检测包合前后心宝丸中挥发性成分的变化;同时制备病态窦房结综合征动物模型,给药观察包合前后的药效。结果:挥发性成分经过包合后入药,药物稳定性增加,药效更加显著。结论:挥发性成分包合工艺合理有效,可用于指导生产。
Objective： To evaluate the rationality of inclusion process for the volatile components in Xinbao pillets. Methods： Xinbao pillets were made from incrust, on compounds which made by vulatile components and cyclodextrin with grinding method and other herbs in prescription, muscone transfer rate in artificial mosehus was detected as an index of changes of volatile components before and after inclusion; meanwhile, animal models with sick sinus syndrome was prepared to observe the efficacy before and after inclusion. Results： After inclusion of volatile components, the stability of the drug was improved and the efficacy was more pronounced. Conclusion： The volatile components inclusion process is reasonable and effective, which can be used to control production.
