摘要
针对选择性激光熔化成型倾斜角度小的悬垂结构,为了防止因为熔池自身重力和毛细管力而引起的粘粉、挂渣、过烧等缺陷,必须通过添加支撑结构来保证悬垂结构的顺利成型以及成型质量。设计了可控多孔支撑结构,优化激光扫描方式,将可控多孔支撑结构应用于成型悬垂结构,为成型倾斜角度小悬垂结构提供了一种方法。顺利成型倾斜角度小的悬垂结构和复杂曲面,减少挂渣等现象,降低了粉末的消耗,解决了倾斜角度小的悬垂结构无法成型的难题。
For the selective laser melting forming overhanging structure of small tilt angle,in order to prevent the defects such as sticky powder,hanging slag and over burning caused by the gravity and capillary force of the molten pool,must be added through the support structure to ensure the smooth forming of the overhanging structure and forming quality.In this paper,a controllable porous support structure is designed and the laser scanning mode is optimized.The controllable porous support structure is applied to forming overhanging structure,which provides a method for forming a structure of small tilt angle.Smooth forming overhanging structure of small tilt angle and complex curved surface,to reduce the slag and other phenomenon,reducing the consumption of powder,which solves the problem that the overhanging structure can not be formed by the small tilt angle.
