摘要
从光固化法快速成型制造中支撑结构的作用及设计时应考虑的因素出发 ,以快速成型的成型精度为设计目标 ,以实验优化经验为修正 ,进行了支撑规则研究 .面向STL模型 ,进行了待支撑区域的分类及分类技术研究 ;针对不同待支撑区域 ,提出了十字支撑类、带垂直板的单墙支撑类、斜板支撑类、轮廓支撑类、自由单墙支撑类等结构设计策略 .研究结果有助于智能地完成支撑结构设计 ,可有效地保证快速成形的质量 .
The design of supports for rapid prototyping of the stereolithography process can greatly affect the accuracy of RP products. The classification of support area and technique based on STL model are studied. Cross shaped support, single wall support with vertical plate, inclined plate support, contoured support and free single wall support etc. are considered with the objective of enhancing the prototype accuracy by a procedure of optimization based on research results and support design rules.
