电刺激与生物反馈康复治疗对改善产妇产后盆底肌力、疲劳度的临床效果分析 被引量:13

Clinical effect analysis of electric stimulation and biofeedback rehabilitation on improving postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength and fatigue

摘要 目的探讨产妇接受电刺激与生物反馈康复治疗对改善其产后盆底肌力、疲劳度的临床效果。方法以2017年5月~2018年5月本院100例初产妇为研究对象,通过计算机随机化法分为实验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),对照组实施盆底肌锻炼治疗,实验组则实施电刺激与生物反馈康复治疗,分析两组产妇干预后盆底肌疲劳度、盆底肌肉张力的差异。结果实验组产妇Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级肌力的Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌纤维疲劳度值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组产妇的阴道收缩压、阴道静息压均高于对照组,其收缩持续时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产妇接受电刺激与生物反馈康复治疗,可有效改善其产后盆底肌力以及疲劳度。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of electrical stimulation and biofeedback rehabilitation on improving postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength and fatigue in puerperas. Methods 100 primiparas in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as experimental subjects. The patients were divided into experimental group(n=50) and control group(n=50) according to computerized randomization method. The control group was treated with pelvic floor muscle strength exercise therapy, and the experimental group was treated with electrical stimulation and biofeedback rehabilitation treatment. The difference in intervention pelvic floor muscle fatigue and pelvic floor muscle tension between two groups after intervention was analyzed. Results The fatigue values of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ muscle fibers of the Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ muscles in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The vaginal systolic pressure and vaginal rest pressure in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the contraction duration in the experimental group was longer than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Electrical stimulation and biofeedback rehabilitation received inpuerperascan effectively improve their postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength and fatigue.
