摘要
介绍了冷拔工艺的金属学和试验原理,分析了一种高精密冷拔焊管制造工艺,应用这一工艺能够得到表面质量好、尺寸精度高、机械性能优越、生产成本低的冷拔焊管。
Introduced the metallography and test principle of cold drawing process, analyzed the manufacturing process of high precision cold-drawn welded tube. Application of this process can obtained cold-drawn welded tube featuring good surface quality, high dimensional accuracy, excellent mechanical properties and low production cost.
