摘要
介绍冷拔工艺技术在液压缸上的应用,并以27SiMn热轧无缝钢管为例,从冷拔管的优良机械的性能、应用理论等方面分析了冷拔工艺技术应用的可行性,并结合生产实际过程,就选材、前处理、工装模具控制、工艺要求、最终热处理等几个方面提出一些建议,同时对应用前景进行了展望。
