摘要
通过流固耦合的方法对上凹型线指尖密封进行仿真分析,得到耦合面压强与泄漏量,并与普通型线指尖密封进行对比分析。通过分析确认,上凹型线指尖密封具有更佳的耐磨损性能和迟滞率。
The pressure and leakage rate of the coupling surface were obtained via simulation analyses of fingertip sealing with concave contour in fluid-solid coupling method, and they were compared with that of the fingertip sealing with ordinary contour. It is confirmed by analysis that the fingertip sealing with concave contour has better wear resistance and delay rate.
