Research on constant current regulator in navigational lighting aid

摘要 恒流调光器是机场助航灯光系统调整不同灯光亮度的设备,针对传统调光器存在输出纹波大、成本较高的问题提出了一种新型的恒流调光器,该恒流调光器在逆变部分采用直-直变换器模式,使得恒流调光器输出电流为恒定直流,这样在满足调光器负载供电要求的情况下减少传统调光系统后端电路所需要的成本。控制方法上,根据逆变电路在直-直变换器模式下的解,采用瞬时无功功率理论结合电压电流双环控制,可将输出电流的纹波从2%降到1%。并在MATLAB/SIMULINK中进行了仿真验证,仿真结果表明,此新型恒流调光器输出电流纹波仅为1%,且交流侧电流谐波含量低,THD值仅为2.7%。 Constant current regulator is the equipment for different brightness adjustment in navigational lighting aid,this paper aimed at bigger ripple wave and higher costs in traditional navigational lighting aid,and proposed a new type navigational lighting aid. The DC-DC transformation model was used in contravariant part of the constant current regulator,the output of the regulator can get constant direct current,thus the cost of after end in traditional regulator can be decreased in the case of satisfaction of requirement of power supply for load. In control aspect,according to the solution under the DC-DC traditional model in DC-AC circuit,the instantaneous positive power theory combine with the voltage current double loop control is adopted in this topology,this model has advantage of decreasing the ripple wave of output voltage,thus,the ripple wave of output voltage is decreased from 2% to 1%,and the simulation experiment is conducted in MATLAB/SIMULINK. The simulation results conclude that constant current regulator can get output current with 1% ripple wave,meanwhile,the current of AC side has small distortion,and THD is only 2. 7%.
