摘要
本文提出了一种新型缺陷接地结构(DGS),即非周期C型结构,采用仿真分析和实验测试相结合的方法分析了其滤波特性,并对哑铃型和C型两种结构的周期性DGS与非周期性DGS的滤波特性进行了分析比较,结果表明,新型结构在实现双频禁带抑制技术中具有广泛的应用前景。
In this paper, a novel defected ground structure (DGS) i.e. non-periodic C-shaped DGS is proposed. The filter characteristics of the dumbbell-shaped and C-shaped DGS were analyzed. Firstly, we simulated the period and non-period structures of these two kinds of DGS and optimized their dimensions. Secondly, we manufactured the microstrip circuits with DGS and tested the circuits. After obtaining the simulation and test results, we compared the filter characteristics of periodic and non-periodic DGS and obtained some conclusions. The non-periodic structure has simpler structure, smaller size and smaller ripple compared with the periodic structure. What's more, C-shaped structure with two stop bands can realize selection in special frequency band. So it can meet the requirement of rejecting multi harmonics in active circuit and filtering out the far apart.
