摘要
为改善水泥稳定碎石基层的路用性能,采用间断级配并添加粉煤灰材料制备一种适用于路面基层的断级配综合稳定碎石,通过室内试验测试断级配综合稳定碎石的无侧限抗压强度、弯拉强度、温缩系数与干缩系数等性能指标,并与连续级配水泥稳定碎石相对比,确定断级配综合稳定碎石的路用性能。结果表明:断级配综合稳定碎石具有优良的力学性能与抗收缩开裂性能,与连续级配水泥稳定碎石相比,其90d无侧限抗压强度与弯拉强度分别提高了38.1%与26.5%,平均温缩系数与总干缩系数分别减小了31.7%与25.4%。
In order to improve the pavement performance of the cement-treated base, gap grading and composite stabilization of cement and fly ash were applied. The unconfined compressive strength, flexural strength, coefficient of temperature shrinkage and coefficient of dry shrinkage of the aggregate base were measured by indoor tests. Compared with continuously-graded cement-treated base, the pavement performance of the gap-graded composite-stabilized aggregate base was determined. The results show that the gap-graded composite-stabilized aggregate base has excellent mechanical properties and shrinkage resistance; compared with continuously-gradedcement-treated base, the 90 d unconfined compressive strength and flexural strength increase by 38.1% and 26. 5% respectively, and the average coefficient of temperature shrinkage and total coefficient of dry shrinkage decrease by 31.7% and 25.4%.
