摘要
以水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石基层的级配范围为研究对象,以抗压强度为控制指标,依次给出了适合用水泥粉煤灰稳定的连续级配范围和间断级配范围。其中连续级配是以最大密度曲线n幂公式为依据,依次确定出水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石的级配范围,上限为规范中水泥稳定碎石的级配范围上限,下限为n=0.7时的n幂公式计算值;间断级配是将美国AASHTO的25mmNMAS级配范围进行了合理的修改而成。另外,在应用间断级配进行骨架密实类型配合比设计中,强调将水泥和粉煤灰计入2.36mm以下细料含量中,而且4.75mm以上粗集料的骨架间隙率[VCA]mix必须小于捣实状态下纯粗集料骨架间隙率[VCA]DRC。
This paper put forward continuous gradation envelope and gap gradation envelope of cement and fly ash stabilized crushedstones by testing and comparing their compressive strength. The continuous gradation's upper and lower limit was studied according to n power series formula of theory of maximum density curve. The gap gradation envelope was attained by revising 25 mm NMAS of American AASHTO. It is important that cement and fly ash must be considered as finegrained aggregate, and [VCA]mix must be smaller than [VCA]DRC in designing dense framework structure of gap gradation envelope.
