摘要
探讨分析不同产地的黄芪和红芪药材中总皂角的含量。对照品选择黄芪甲苷,采用香草醛-高氯酸显色法进行测定。结果表明,黄芪和红芪的样品回收率分别是96.87%和98.96%。在对红芪和黄芪中的总皂苷进行测定的过程中,发现不同地区的黄芪和红芪药材中的皂苷的含量存在明显的差异,宕昌的黄芪中的皂苷的总含量最高,武都的红芪中的总皂苷的含量最高。
Objective： To investigate the content of total saponin of different origin herbs of Radix Astragali and Radix hedysari.Methods ： The standard choice of astragaloside, using vanillin perchloric acid colorimetric method for determination of.Results ： The recovery of samples of Radix Astragali and Radix Hedysari rate were 96.87% and 98.96%.Conclusion ： In red stilbene and determination of the total saponins of astragalus in the process of astragalus root and red stilbene in different areas of the medicinal materials found in the content of saponins exist obvious differences, down chang has the highest content of total saponins in radix astragali, arms are red stilbene in the highest content of total saponins.
