摘要
通过统计实际运行电压发现,陕坝110 kV变电站10 kV母线电压合格率严重偏低,长期越上限运行,严重影响了地区电压合格率指标。为此对陕坝本站、上级河套变电站所带220 kV风电集中接入的区域电网,分别进行了小机组并网、风电有功无功出力等多种因素、多种运行方式下的潮流计算分析,提出了控制电压的无功控制策略、设备改造等措施,为地区电压稳定运行提供技术指导。
The statistic of the actual operating voltage showed that the voltage eligibility rate of 10 kV bus of 110 kV transformer substation in Shanba was too low, running beyond limit for a long time, which seriously affected the regional voltage qualified rate index. Therefore in the region of Shanba site and the superior Hetao with 220 kV wind power grid, did load flow calculation under small unit grid, active and reactive power output of the wind. Propose the control voltage and reactive power control strategy, and equipment reconstruction countermeasures, which provided technical guide for the stable operation voltage region.
