基于电压曲线聚类分析的低压用户相序自动识别 被引量:11

摘要 准确识别每个用户所连接的变压器相序是台区变压器三相不平衡治理的关键。针对低压电力用户所连接变压器相序人工识别困难、成本高问题,提出了一种基于电压曲线聚类分析的低压电力用户相序自动识别方法。首先采用皮尔逊相关系数度量不同用户电压曲线之间的波动相似性;接着基于用户电压曲线相似性分布的密度信息选择初始聚类中心对象;然后基于聚类中心对象采用K-medoids算法将电压曲线波动相似的台区用户聚类为3个不同用户组,最后对比分析不同用户组总电流与变压器三相电流值识别低压用户所连接变压器相序。该方法在某电网公司进行了应用验证,在变压器三相不平衡严重台区开展用户相序识别,然后根据不同相序用户负载情况进行负荷再分配,从而降低该台区变压器三相负载不平衡度,取得了良好的效果。 Accurately identifying the phase sequence of transformers connected by each user is the key to eliminate the three-phase unbalance of transformers in the station area.Aiming at the difficulty and high cost of manually identifying phase sequence of transformer connected by low-voltage power users,an automatic phase sequence identification method for low-voltage power users based on voltage curve clustering analysis is proposed.Firstly,Pearson correlation coefficient is used to measure the fluctuation similarity between voltage curves of different users.Then the initial cluster center object is selected based on the density information of user voltage curve similarity distribution.Then,based on the clustering center object,k-medoids algorithm is adopted to cluster users in the station area with similar voltage curve fluctuations into three different user groups.Finally,the total current of different user groups and three-phase current value of transformer are compared and analyzed to identify the phase sequence of transformer connected by lowvoltage users.This method has been applied to a power grid company.Phase sequence identification is carried out in the transformer three-phase unbalanced station area,and then load redistribution is carried out according to the load conditions of different phase sequence users,thus reducing the three-phase unbalanced load degree of the transformer in this station area,which has obtained the good effect.
