摘要
目的探究复方柳叶熏蒸消毒剂对居室和养殖场空间的消毒效果及安全性。方法参照我国《消毒技术规范》空气消毒检测方法分别进行实验室试验、现场试验及动物毒性试验。结果复方柳叶熏蒸消毒剂对1 m^3实验室试验中的白色葡萄球菌杀菌率为99.99%;不同季节试验中对35 m^3公寓现场自然菌消亡率均大于90%;对35m^3养殖场自然菌消亡率均大于90%。安全性评价试验显示:小鼠急性经口毒性LD_(50)值大于5 000 mg/m^3,小鼠急性吸入毒性LC_(50)值在2 h内大于10 000 mg/m^3,对家兔皮肤无刺激,对兔眼有轻微刺激性。结论复方柳叶熏蒸消毒剂毒性低,对空气中微生物杀灭效果较好,可适用于多种空间消毒。
Objective To explore the disinfection efficacy and safety evaluation of compound willow fumigation disinfectant on living room and farm space. Methods According to air disinfection identification methods of Chinese disinfection technical specifications,laboratory tests,field tests and animal toxicity tests were carried out respectively. Results The bactericidal rate of compound willow fumigation disinfectant to Staphylococcus albus was 99. 99% under 1 m^3 laboratory test. In different seasons,the mortality rate of natural bacteria were all more than 90. 00% under the 35 m^3 apartment and 35 m^3 fla-t conditions. The safety evaluation experiment showed that the oral LD(50) for mice of the disinfectant was greater than 5 000 mg/m^3,the inhalation LC(50) for mice of the disinfectant was greater than 10 000 mg/m^3 within 2 h,no irritation to rabbit's skin,and a slight irritation to rabbit's eyes. Conclusion The compound willow fumigation disinfectant exhibits low toxicity and good germicidal efficacy in air,which can be applied to a variety of space disinfection.
