摘要
苍术是中国古代防疫疾病的重要药材之一。经药理研究证实苍术具有抗球菌、杆菌、真菌和病毒活性的作用。用苍术熏蒸法消毒室内空气,其空气消毒效果可以达到或超过紫外线照射法的水平,且菌落消亡持续时间更长。苍术熏蒸方法简单易操作,成本低廉,对人体无毒副作用,并具有芳香性,此种环保的空气消毒法值得推广。综述苍术对室内空气消毒、抗菌活性、抗病毒和杀昆虫活性作用的文献,并对其研究进展作了分析;以便推广此种环保法用于空气消毒。
Atractylodis Rhizoma is a major crude drug in ancient China for epidemic prevention. Pharmacologic researches have proved that A tracO,lodis Rhizoma has activities against Cocci, Bacilli, Fungi and Virus. A tractylodis Rhizoma fumigation disinfects indoor air and its effect of air disinfection can reach or exceed a level of ultraviolet irradiation, but sterile continued time is longer. Atractylodis Rhizoma fumigation is simple and operated easily, and the cost is low. It is harmless and aromatic, and environment protective. This air disinfection is worth spreading. The literature of the research advances on antimicrobial actions of air disinfection, anti-bacterial activity, anti-virus activity and killing insects in A tractylodis Rhizoma were reviewed, and its research progress is analyzed, so as to promote the environmental law to use it for air disinfection.
