随着我国航天事业的发展,卫星的功能需求以及数量不断增加,以型号为主、以粗放式的能源使用方式在现阶段已不符合国家节能减排的要求,运用信息化科技手段,采取管控结合的有效管理方式,在能源管理工作上不断地进行创新,将成为航天企业管理必然的选择;iLine EMS能源管理系统基于领先的计算机关键技术,利用现代成熟的测控技术、通信技术开发一套完整可靠的综合能源管理系统;通过该系统可以合理计划和利用能源、降低单位产品能源消耗,做到指标能分解,责任能落实,监管能有效,考核有实效。
