摘要
通过建立能源管理信息平台,帮助煤炭生产企业在扩大生产的同时合理计划和利用能源,降低单位产品能源消耗,提高经济效益。煤矿能源管理信息平台以实时监测、提前预警、合理用能为主要设计原则,采取程序面向对象方法设计,充分利用自动化控制、计算机、通讯网络和微电子等高新技术,通过能源管理信息平台实现煤炭企业能源信息的全集成和集中管理与分析,充分达到信息共享,最终实现企业节能降耗与能源精细化管理。
The construction of information platform is helpful for the coal production enter- prises to expand the production, utilize energy rationally, reduce the energy consumption and en- hance the economic efficiency. Taking real-time monitoring, early warning and rationally utilizing energy as the main design principles, the information platform make full advantage of automated control, computer, communication networks and microelectronics to build up two platforms and three databases for the energy management information system, achieving the fully integration, centralized management and analysis of energy information. Finally the fully information sharing was realized, as well as the energy conservation and consumption reduction and the detailed ener- gy management.
