摘要
针对传统乳化沥青在施工中产生的黏轮、黏聚性不足的缺陷,采用高黏度、高软化点的30号沥青,成功研发制备出了具有不黏轮功能的改性硬质乳化沥青。从定性、定量的角度提出乳化沥青黏附检测试验,确立了黏附率作为黏轮控制指标。试验表明:研发的非黏轮改性硬质乳化沥青黏轮效果大大降低,且层间黏聚性优于普通乳化沥青和SBR改性乳化沥青,具有实际工程运用的价值。
Aiming at the defects of sticking wheel and insufficient adhesion of the traditional emulsified asphalt in construction, the asphalt 30# with high viscosity and softening point was used, and the modified hard emulsified asphalt with the function of non-viscous wheel was successfully developed. The emulsified asphalt adhesion test was proposed from a qualitative and quantitative angle, which determined the adhesion rate as the control index of sticking wheel. The test shows that the non-viscous wheel modified hard emulsion asphalt has a good performance in the reduction of wheel adhesion, and its inter-layer cohesiveness is better than that of ordinary emulsion asphalt and SBR modified emulsion asphalt. The proposed asphalt has a practical engineering application value.
