摘要
通过对 CNC车削中心的热模态分析和研究 ,在机床上布置的热传感器从 1 6个减少到 4个。提出一种热误差鲁棒建模新方法 ,可减小由温度测量噪声引起的误差 ,并增强热误差数学模型对环境温度变化的适应性。在此基础上开发的热误差补偿系统应用于 CNC车削中心。热误差从大于 35μm减小到 1 2μm。
In this paper,the robust modeling aproach is proposed,which can minimize the errors coming from temperature measuring noise and the adverse effect due to environmental changes.As a result,the number of the thermal sensors has been reduced from 1 6to 4 , meanwhile the thermal error of the turning center has been reduced from 35μm to 1 2 μm in diameter.The thermal error compensation system has been applied to a turning center in daily production for more than 1 year period and itcan keep year round accuracy.
