摘要
基于通用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench 17.0,对320t造船门式起重机的刚度和模态进行了分析。为了在提高计算效率的同时保证计算结果的可靠性,模拟起重机的加筋板、内部横隔板、支撑管等结构,使应力分布及变形分析更加准确。结果表明:该造船起重机的刚度在规范的合理范围之内,但应注意起重机在水平方向激励引起的振动。
By use of ANSYS Workbench 17.0, we conducted the rigidity and modal analysis of 320 t gantry crane. To impove the computational efficiency and the reliability of results, the stiffened plates and diaphragm plate of gantry crane were modeled,to make the stress distribution and deformation analysis more accurate. The results show that the rigidity of the gantry crane can meet the requirement of the specification, and we should pay attention to the vibration of gantry crane under the horizontal excitation.
