摘要
根据对悬臂式博格龙门吊在危险工况下的受力分析,在有限元分析软件ANSYS环境下建立了博格龙门吊门架结构的有限元模型,并对其门架结构进行了应力和应变分析,从而确定该龙门吊结构的设计方案满足强度和刚度要求,为龙门吊总体设计提供了可靠依据。
According to the force analysis of the cantilevered gantrycrane in dangerous working conditions , the model of the gantry crane door frame structure is established under the environment of finite element analysis software ANSYS. Through the analysis of the the stress and strain , the gantry crane design can meet requirement of the intensity and rigidity.These conclusions provide reliable basis to the overall design of gantry crane.
