摘要
为了促进航校对商用教练机机队的科学管理,在考虑教练机的运营成本、航校投资能力、飞行训练科目和购入机型等多个影响因素的基础上,建立了以运营收益最大为目标函数的混合整数非线性规划模型,运用基于模拟退火的粒子群优化算法求出最优解,得出航校在研究期内各年的机队最优发展和配置方案。分析结果表明:该模型可以有效地为航校的机队决策提供支持。
In order to facilitate the scientific management of aviation training institutions for commercial training aircraft fleet, on the basis of many influence factors such as the operating costs, investment ability, flight training curriculum and aircraft type choice, we established a mixed integer nonlinear programming model, and found the optimal solution using particle swarm optimization based on simulated annealing algorithm. The result shows that the model is effective for the comprehensive development of aviation training schools.
