摘要
从一般形式的整型机队规划模型出发，指出其中整型飞机架数的实质含义，进而提出一种新的机队规划模型．它由“航班频率计划”和“机队－航班系统调整”两个子模型构成，反映我国国情并能处理大规模问题，得到整数型机队和相应的整型航班数计划．着重介绍了目标函数的构造、隐枚举模型求解和系统调整的启发式方法等．
This paper presents a fleet planning model based on heuristic algorithms including two sub models in sequence:flight frequency planning and fleet flights adjusting. Considering the current situation of China's Mainland, the model can give fleet its flight frequency plan in integer for large airlines. The objective function of the model, complete enumeration with intelligent search and heuristic adjustments are discussed.
