摘要
三嗪类化合物具有稳定性好、易形成多种非共价键作用等优点,而且其中的某些含有三嗪结构单元的药物已在临床上广泛使用,故这类化合物引起了药物化学家的极大兴趣。本文着重归纳了近年来三嗪尤其是1,3,5-三嗪类化合物在抗疟疾领域的研究进展,并探讨了这类化合物的构-效关系,为寻找三嗪类抗疟疾新药提供理论依据。
Triazine especially 1,3,5-triazine derivatives exhibited a varied of pharmacological properties such as anti-tubercular, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-virus, antiplasmodial and antimalarial activities, and some of them are currently used in clinical, so triazine derivatives caused continuous interests. This review aims to outlines the recent advances made towards the discovery of triazine-containing derivatives as antiplasmodial and antimalarial agents and the critical aspects of design as well as the structure-activity relationship of these heterocycles.
