摘要
从系统动力学的角度描述了航空发动机研发机构内部的知识转移过程,分析了知识转移的因果关系,建立了知识转移的SD模型,利用Vensim软件功能对系统进行了仿真和灵敏度分析。通过该方法建立的仿真模型能较好地模拟航空发动机研发机构内部知识的转移过程;健全的设计体系能有效地提高航空发动机R&D知识转移量和研发机构内部平均知识总量,进而促进航空发动机R&D核心能力加快提升。
In this paper, knowledge transferring process inaeroengine R&D institutions is described in terms of system dynamics. The causes and results of knowledge transferring is analyzed, and the SD model of knowledge transferring is established, using the Vensim software to achieve the system simulation and sensitivity analysis. The model established by this method shows that it can effectively simulate the knowledge transferring process in aeroengine R&D institutions. Meanwhile, a complete and effective design system can effectively increase the amount of knowledge transferring and the total amount of knowledge in aeroengine R&D institutions, so as to speed up the core competence of aeroengine R&D institutions.
