摘要
通过对历史文化街区的过度商业化问题的深入辨析,认为判断历史文化街区是否存在过度商业化问题,主要从三个方面着手:其一,历史文化街区内具有代表性的历史遗产是否仍然具有文化主导作用;其二,商业开发过程中所产生的商业产品是否与历史地段的地域文化特征相契合;其三,商业开发是否带来了历史地段人居生活环境品质的恶化。基于此对西安三学街历史文化街区、北院门历史文化街区的商业化问题进行了分析研究,认为三学街历史文化街区商业化开发处于较为良性的状态,而北院门历史文化街区存在较为严重的过度商业开发的问题。同时结合分析结论提出了相应的对策建议。

Based on the analysis of two historical and cultural blocks of xi ＇an, the historical blocks of Sanxue street and the Beiyuan street. It is believed that the commercialization of the Sanxue blocks is more relatively moderate, and there is a problem of over-commercialization in the Beiyuan historic district. At the same time, the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
